This 1991 Epiphone Casino was manufactured in Japan by Terada Gakki. It features the model's characteristic thin, symmetrical double-cutaway body, twin f-holes, raised white pickguard, trapeze tailpiece and two dog-ear P-90 pickups. Unlike an ES-335-style semi-hollow guitar, the Casino is fully hollow and has no solid centre block, contributing to its light weight, lively acoustic response and tendency to produce musical feedback at higher volume. In the 60s the Casino became one of Epiphone’s most recognisable models through its use by John Lennon and George Harrison. This particular model had its tuning machines, nut, frets, bridge and saddle replaced.
