The following instrument came from the personal collection of the late Alan Rogan, personal guitar technician to Ā many of Roll 'n' Roll's Royalty that included Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Joe Walsh, Pete Townshend, Tom Petty, Angus Youung and George Harrison. Please see details as follows:
HistoryĀ
This instrument was purchased by the late Alan Rogan in the mid 1980's on the specific instruction of his friend and employee George Harrison. George wished to have an instrument that carried the same specification as his original 1968 Fender Rosewood Telecaster which heād played on many iconic Beatle Recordings and performances which included band's last iconic public performance on the rooftop of Apple Corps Headquarters. Later George gifted (with regret) the guitar to Delaney Bramlett of Delaney & Bonnie and in 2003 the guitar was sold at auction for $434,750 and now is back with the Harrison estate.
